At Endeavor Collective our mission is to creatively resource and support the safe, healthy, and equitable employment of survivors and those at risk of labor exploitation. Established in 2024, our vision is to address the unique needs of small, growing, and ambitious freedom businesses. Currently in the fundraising and development stages, we are actively engaged with a team of passionate volunteers. They are assisting a growing freedom business with essential services such as bookkeeping, the development of standard operating procedures, and tackling logistics of import/export. 

With the support of generous donors, we aim to establish a collaborative program to enhance social and emotional support, develop outreach and awareness initiatives, and expand training and educational opportunities for employees and businesses working with survivors and at-risk individuals. Our goal is to continuously enhance our problem-solving capabilities to help freedom businesses overcome the unique barriers they face in achieving the growth and sustainability necessary to combat labor exploitation.
