At Endeavor Collective, our mission is to creatively resource and support survivors and those at risk of labor exploitation, ensuring their safe, healthy, and equitable employment. Established in 2024, we aim to address the unique needs of small, growing, and ambitious freedom businesses. Currently in the fundraising and development stages, we are engaging with a dedicated team of volunteers who are assisting freedom business with essential services like bookkeeping, developing standard operating procedures, and managing logistics for import/export.
With the generosity of our donors, we plan to establish a collaborative program that enhances social and emotional support, develops outreach and awareness initiatives, and expands training and educational opportunities for employees and businesses that work to support survivors and at-risk individuals. Our goal is to continuously improve our problem-solving capabilities to help freedom businesses overcome the unique barriers they face in their mission to combat labor exploitation and achieve the growth and sustainability needed for success.
